Turkmenistan Launches Third Oil Loading Berth in Turkmenbashi
At the regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held on July 18 via digital system, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov gave his blessing for the commissioning of a new oil loading berth at the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries. The facility was put into operation as part of the country’s oil and gas sector modernization program. Chairman of the State Concern “Türkmennebit” G. Agajanov participated in the opening ceremony via digital video link. The new facility is fully ready for operation. The newly commissioned berth has an annual loading capacity of 2,060,000 tons and an unloading capacity of 1,150,000 tons of oil and petroleum products.
