Esedulaev Rahmanguly – Chief Specialist of the Division of Chemical and Geological Sciences, Department of Physical, Mathematical, Chemical, Geological, and Technical Sciences of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Academician of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, Professor. In 1971, he graduated from the Oil and Gas Faculty of the Turkmen Polytechnic Institute. Until 1972, he worked at the Odjak Gas Field Management, and in the same year, he entered postgraduate studies at the Turkmen Polytechnic Institute, completing them in 1975. He began working as a senior engineer at the Turkmen branch of the Moscow-based "VNIPIgaz" Institute and held various scientific positions up to Deputy Director for Scientific Work at the Oil and Gas Institute. From January 2010 to April 2026, he served as Head of the Department of Physical, Mathematical, Chemical, Geological, and Technical Sciences of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan. Since April 21, 2026, he has been serving as Chief Specialist of the Division of Chemical and Geological Sciences. He defended his candidate thesis in Technical Sciences in 1979 and his doctoral dissertation in Technical Sciences in 1994. He holds the honorary titles "Honored Industrial Worker of Turkmenistan," "Academician of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan," "Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Turkmenistan," the academic title "Professor," and has been awarded the "Gayrat" Medal.
