Mistura is a Chemical and Polymer Engineer with over five years of cross-industry experience spanning FMCG, Chemicals, and Oil & Gas, including roles with Unilever, the Nigerian Gas Company (NNPC), and Dangote Petroleum Refinery. She currently serves as Talent Acquisition and Project Manager at Provisio Services. Previously, she worked as a Commissioning and Process/Production Engineer at Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemical FZE, contributing to the commissioning of key utility systems supporting the 650,000 barrels-per-day refinery. Mistura is currently pursuing an Executive Master’s in Energy Engineering and Management at the Hector School of Engineering and Management, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany. She is also an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), where she has held leadership roles at national, regional and international levels and currently serves as 2026 Young Professional Lead for SPE International.
