Her background includes senior leadership across HSE, sustainability, operations integrity, continuous improvement, and business integration, with roles in Canada, the United States, Venezuela, Trinidad, Algeria, Malaysia, and the United Kingdom. A Canadian national, Jodi holds an Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo and is recognized for leading complex operations and cross-regional teams.
