Michel Khammo serves as Vice President of Dragon Oil in Turkmenistan, bringing over 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, supported by a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, multiple patents and published research. Previously serving as Field Director, he played a key role in optimising production, streamlining administrative processes and strengthening stakeholder relations. In his current role, Mr Khammo leads commercial and business strategy, oversees the alignment of field operations with corporate objectives, and advances technological innovation, process engineering and digitalisation across the company’s assets. His leadership focuses on operational excellence, sustainable business growth and safeguarding Dragon Oil’s long-term strategic interests in Turkmenistan.
