Seger Hoytink, prior to his current appointment, was the Global Head for Commercial Negotiations for Eni S.p.A based in Milan, Italy and was responsible for Eni’s global negotiations organization and processes, including its upstream oil & gas commercial activities, as well as its CCUS, agri-business and refining commercial activities in support of Eni’s business transformation. Experienced energy professional with over twenty-five years of experience in international upstream negotiation matters across the globe, particularly in countries where Eni has current upstream operations. Prior to his current position, he had varied other assignments in Eni, including Senior Vice President for Upstream and Procurement Legal, Vice President (Legal) for Eastern Europe, Asia and Oceania and Legal Director of Agip KCO.
