Mr. Ivan Filiutsich has 20 years of experience in energy and climate change policy development, energy markets research and consultancy, energy efficiency, climate finance, green markets and strategic advisory. Mr. Filiutsich has provided consultancy services for more than 40 technical assistance projects implemented by UNDP, UNICEF, UNOPS, GCF, GEF, OSCE, FAO, UNFCCC, IAEA, IRENA, European Commission and international financial institutions (World Bank, EBRD, IsDB, AfDB, KfW) in 20 countries. He holds PhD degree in energy planning (Joint Institute for Power and Nuclear Research, 2009), MBA degree (International Institute of Management, 2012), as well as MSc in Energy Management (Belarusian State Technological University, 2004).
