Furthermore, an AI Competence Center is set to be established under a «Türkmentelekom» Telecommunications Company of the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan. The center will focus on conducting research and training highly qualified specialists—essentially supporting the nation's digital priorities. The Minister of Communications Hajymyrat Hudaygulyyev emphasized that over the past three years, the capacity of international internet channels in the country has increased tenfold. This forms the foundation for the development of digital services, e-commerce, and cross-border data exchange.
